We live in a quite stressful life, and stress is one of our worst common enemy. So, I was thinking on how you fight stress after work? What do you usually do when you get home, do you listen to music, have someone to massage for you or did you take any medications, etc.,?

Since I am an melancholy person, I spend my time reading and pondering the meaning of life.
When I need to unwind or de-stress, I usually listen to a calming book on my I-pod. Or I lay down and just think of "nothing" for about 15 minutes and let my mind quit racing.
A few minutes reading a book or watching a movie- all done snuggled up with Kenny- will do wonders for my stress level. Music greatly affects my mood so I'm careful there and I'm learning to self-nurture which is, really, the key to being able to quiet your own mind and to move yourself to a postive place.
